John V. Clark
John comes to The James Company with an extensive background in church ministry, having served as an ordained minister for over 20 years. He has served as a program director with us since 1996. John's abilities include his experience in communicating in a wide range of ministry environments and his extensive church administrative background. John has worked with a variety of congregations and institutional ministries from many different cultural and denominational settings. John has a passion for outreach, teaching and growing leaders for mission and ministry in the church. His sincere, personable approach (along with a good sense of humor) contributes to John's effectiveness as a communicator and leader.

Bob has worked with church congregations, schools, and social agencies since 1974. He has managed stewardship and capital fund appeals, conducted leadership-training seminars, and supervised planning processes for a wide variety of non-profit institutions.
Bob and his wife Lynn have two grown children and belong to Gesu Catholic Parish in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Bob is a Board Member of the Pilgrims of Ibillin and a member of Common Ground.

Scott brings over 30 years of pastoral and denominational experience to his work with congregations. He has served as pastor of four congregations, assistant to the Bishop, Director for Evangelical Mission in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and is currently a consultant to the Ecumenical Stewardship Center. Scott has in-depth experience in congregational visioning and strategic planning, transformational renewal in congregations, and leading stewardship/capital appeals.
Tim has spent most of his career engaged in fund development for religious and secular non-profit organizations, having most recently served in a leadership capacity for a $100,000,000 comprehensive campaign bringing it to a successful conclusion. Tim has also served as board president for a number of non-profit organizations where he has taken great pride in board development as a key priority. Familiar with all areas of fundraising, Tim enjoys working with and developing volunteers and has specialized in annual giving efforts and major gift development.
Kurt brings to The James Company 37 years of experience as a Lutheran pastor. He has served as pastor of three congregations in a variety of settings, as a denominational stewardship specialist in the wider church , and as a capital appeals consultant. He has extensive experience in organizing stewardship campaigns, capital campaigns, asset mapping, conducting "Miracle Sundays", and mission planning in congregations. Kurt has a deep passion for the proclamation of the gospel and celebrating the gifts that God gives for ministry.
Greg is a nationally-known writer, publisher, speaker, and organizer. He was the president for five years of the National Center for the Laity and a founding member of the Business Executives for Economic Justice. He has mentored congregations and religious institutions of all denominations and faiths on leadership, stewardship, and mission development. He and his family are members of St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church in Chicago, where his wife, Kathy, teaches 7 and 8 grade in the parish school.
Fred is a Catholic lay person who has been active in ministry leadership since 1984. In addition to his extensive background in business consulting, he has a Masters degree in Pastoral Studies from St. Francis Seminary in St. Francis, Wisconsin. Fred has served as a director and chairperson on various boards, including Church Council, School Board and a Retreat Center Board. In those roles, Fred has facilitated several planning processes. He was involved in his own church's successful capital fund appeal managed by The James Company. Fred and his wife, Nadine, have two children and belong to Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Parish in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Jackie joined The James Company in 2015. She is an active member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Milwaukee, WI, and has served in her congregation on the Vestry, Stewardship Committee, and Youth Ministries.
Rita has worked with The James Company since 2002. She has served her church on the Stewardship Committee, the After-School Ministry Board, and the Youth Board. Rita and her family are members of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Carol Stream, Illinois.
Donna joined The James Company in 2002. She is the Financial Administrator at St. Timothy Lutheran Church. Donna also has been a very active volunteer in children's ministries, teaching vacation Bible school, teaching Sunday school and directing the midweek Logos program. Donna and her family are members of St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Naperville, Illinois.
Denise has been with The James Company since 1992. She has also served in her own congregation on the Boards of Stewardship and Education and on the Parish Council and Board of Directors. Denise and her family are active members of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Carol Stream, Illinois.
Sally joined The James Company Staff in 1995. Her background in leadership and administration previously as a small business owner benefits us all as she helps client churches through each step of the campaign cycle. Sally’s role is to keep everyone focused on the finish line, whether that’s a successfully completed feasibility study or a multi-year capital stewardship campaign. Sally often refers to her work as her “ministry”,
